🚀 Clustering is Now Fully Released

After extensive testing and refinement, our clustering functionality is now officially out of beta! This powerful feature enables users to automatically group similar records, making it easier to clean, validate, and migrate data with greater efficiency.

The new Clustering View in the Excel Add-in provides a seamless way to review and refine clusters, ensuring data consistency before migration.

📊 Enhanced Stability in the Excel Add-in

We know how important reliability is when working with large datasets. In this release, we’ve focused on making the Excel Add-in more stable and performant, addressing issues that previously caused occasional loading failures.

In addition, we’ve introduced:

• Improved access configuration: Control which users and groups can edit or view data directly from the web app.
• Refined column management: New options to edit, view, and hide columns dynamically.
• Manual migration control: Users can now force individual records in or out of migration from the Excel Add-in.

🔄 An Iterative Upgrade with Smarter Workflows

While this update is largely iterative, we’ve introduced several valuable enhancements, including:

• Validation Rules Ownership: Assign specific validation rules to designated users for more efficient issue resolution.
• Automated system field mapping: System fields are now hidden by default and mapped automatically based on configurations.
• New custom queries & reports: Define flat queries as reports with parameterized logic and deploy results to tables.
• Batch processing fixes: Resolved an issue where canceled batch tasks couldn’t be re-run.
• Expanded migration rules: Apply migration rules at the entity level, covering all import tables at once.
• Key field assignment for import tables: Easily identify unique records with key field settings.
